How to Quickly Raise Your Vibrations & Why You Want to

If you have been around the spiritual community at all, you have probably heard someone talk about raising your vibrations. If you want to learn to manifest, you must raise your vibrations. To deepen your spiritual connection, raise your vibrations. Want to connect with your guides, yep, you guessed it, raise your vibrations. So what are your vibrations?Β How the heck do you raise them and why do you want to raise them?
What are Vibrations?
When speaking about a personβs vibrations, we are referring to their state of being, the quality of their energy. Spiritual teachings believe that everything is made up of energy. To put it in more scientific terms, everything is made up of molecules. These molecules all vibrate at different speeds or frequencies. A rock, for example, will vibrate very slowly and therefore be more dense and heavy. A cloud on the other hand will vibrate very quickly making it light. An object vibrating faster or slower will determine its overall state of being.
People also have a vibrational frequency. Unlike a rock, our frequency changes with our thoughts and emotions. When we are depressed or sad, we are vibrating at a low frequency and often feel heavier and lethargic. Whereas when we are happy and feeling good, our vibrational frequency is high. Leaving us feeling light and energetic.
Why Raise Your Vibrations?
The most obvious answer is simply that it feels good. When we are in a higher vibration, we feel good. We feel happy energetic, creative and ready to take on the world. If that isnβt reason enough, the Law of Attraction states that to manifest anything in our lives, we must be a vibrational match to it.
Now Iβm guessing that most of us want to attract positive things into our lives. Love, good health, abundance and joy. All of these things have high vibrations. So if we are constantly complaining about all the things we donβt have, guess what we are going to be a vibrational match for? Yep, more of the βnot having.β When we think about the things we donβt have we vibrate at that level and attract situations that keep us in a state of not having. You cannot attract abundance when you vibrationally match a state of lack. So, what can you do? Raise you vibrations!
How Do You Raise Your Vibrations?
Change Your thoughts
To raise you vibrations, you need to change your thoughts. I know that is sometimes easier said than done, but it is definitely worth the effort. If you want to change your thoughts, you first have to become aware of them. You may be surprised how often you donβt even realize that you are thinking low vibe thoughts. When you catch yourself in a negative thought, stop, rewind and change the thought to something more positive and empowering. For example, if you catch yourself thinking about all the things you donβt have, stop and change your thoughts to focus on what you do have. If you are thinking about how lonely you are, stop and think about what your perfect partner would be like. About how wonderful it will be when you meet them.
Reach for the Next Best Feeling
What about when you are just feeling miserable? Trying to think positive when we are feeling really down can just feel like a lie. If it feels like a lie we canβt authentically feel positive about it and therefore are unable to raise our vibrations. Instead try reaching for the next best feeling thought. βIβm a failureβ may become βIβm not where I want to be right now, but Iβm working towards my goals.β That slight shift is more believable than going straight to βI am successful and abundant.β It has also raised your vibrations up a level. From there you may be able to move up to βIβm working really hard and Iβm starting to see the pay off.β Boom! You raised your vibrations a little bit higher. Just keep working your way up to the next most believable thought, until youβre bouncing around telling the world how awesome you are and believing it!
Gratitude
If you want to raise your vibrations quickly, use gratitude. Gratitude has the highest vibration. Nothing works as quickly or effectively at raising your vibrations then being grateful. When you are grateful, it is impossible to feel fear, or hatred, or anger because gratitude vibrates at a much higher level than those emotions. When you’re feeling grateful, you cannot feel a low vibrational emotion.
Try to find at least three things everyday to be grateful for. I write in a gratitude journal every morning to start my day in a high vibration. If I catch myself having negative thoughts, I turn it around and think about what I am grateful for in that moment.

Love
Like gratitude, love has a really high vibration. Bringing to mind someone you love can elevate your vibrations really quickly. Think about that person and all the things you love about them. Feel your love for them fill you up until you are overflowing with it. This simple act will raise your vibrations and lift your mood instantly. As an added bonus you are energetically sending that person love. They may not recognize it on a conscious level, but in their heart they will feel you sending them love.

Anything that is positive and makes you feel good will successfully raise your vibrations. Feeling good equals having high vibrations. Feeling bad is of a lower vibration. Itβs pretty simple. To have high vibrations and to attract the things you want into your life, you just have to strive to feel good. Who wouldnβt want to do that? So get out there and be happy!

I find gratitude is the easiest way to raise our vibrations. It’s getting in to the habit of doing this regularly.
I agree. Gratitude is the easiest way for me as well. Like habit you are trying to create, it takes repetition. When I was trying to get into the habit of keeping a gratitude journal, I set reminders on my phone. It took a while, but now I automatically reach for gratitude journal in the morning. Practice makes perfect. π
