You’ve Done the Inner Work — So Why Do You Still Feel Stuck?
I help women heal trauma, anxiety, and self-doubt using a trauma-informed blend of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), mindset work, and spiritual psychotherapy — so healing finally lands, not just makes sense.
Gentle. Practical. Trauma-informed. Designed for women who are self-aware but still struggling.
“I choose to make the rest of my life, the best of my life”
Louise Hay
This Work Is for You If…
You might be here because:
• You’ve read the books, journaled, meditated, and done therapy • You understand why you are the way you are — but your body hasn’t caught up • Your past still shows up as anxiety, people-pleasing, perfectionism, or emotional overwhelm • You look “fine” on the outside, but inside you feel stuck, tired, or disconnected
You’re not broken. Your nervous system learned how to survive — and now it needs support to heal.
Together, we focus on helping you:
• Release the emotional weight of past trauma • Calm anxiety and nervous-system overwhelm • Identify and shift unhelpful thinking patterns • Build self-trust, self-compassion, and emotional resilience • Feel more present, grounded, and at ease in your life
Healing doesn’t have to be harsh to be effective.
How I Help
Trauma healing isn’t about pushing harder or “thinking more positively.” It’s about helping your mind and body feel safe enough to change.
My approach blends evidence-based psychology with somatic and spiritual tools, so we work with the whole you — not just your thoughts.
About Tiffany
Hi, I’m Tiffany McCullough — a Trauma Coach and CBT Practitioner with over a decade of experience helping women heal emotional wounds and reconnect with themselves.
My work is shaped by both professional training and lived experience. I know what it’s like to struggle with depression, anxiety, and feeling disconnected from yourself — and I also know that real healing happens when we stop fighting our nervous system and start supporting it.
This work changed my life. Now I help women create change that actually lasts.

What my Clients are saying about their experiences with me.
Some of my clients have been kind enough to leave me comments about the work we have done together. This is always the highest compliment for a therapist. Naturally, to protect each client’s privacy, I have anonymized their names
