All About Tiffany

Hello there! I’m Tiffany, also known as the Metaphysical Mama. As a cognitive behavioural counselor and coach, my passion lies in empowering women to overcome their past and embrace a joyful present.

My background includes extensive training in Spiritual Psychotherapy, certification as a Life Coach and CBT Practitioner, and expertise in energy work, mindset shifts, self-love practices, and confidence building techniques.

I’m also certified in EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and Meditation, adding further depth to my holistic approach. With over a decade of experience working with clients and navigating my own transformative journey, I bring a unique blend of knowledge and empathy to guide you through your own transformational process.

It is my belief that if you heal yourself, you help heal the world. 

I love learning and am constantly seeking answers to questions that help further true healing. It’s a journey I’d like to share with you. 

Growing up, I had suffered from low self-esteem and depression. These feelings took me on a long path of learning about mental health. After experiences with traditional therapy and medication, I sought out Spiritual Psychotherapy, where I learned invaluable life lessons. I was so excited about that therapy process, that I actually went to school and became a therapist myself. My training took years, and I’ve never stopped learning. However, I’ve always felt that something was missing. 

Despite all the hard work, the depression kept coming back. It got so bad that my chest felt bruised from the panic attacks I was having each day. I was pushing everyone in my life away.

So what changed?

My thinking!

I learned that it was my own thoughts that were creating the feelings of depression. Once I learned how to change my thoughts, I learned how to change my life. I set upon a journey of self-love and joy and never looked back.

Not everyday is sunshine and roses, but the bad days are few and far between.

I am now able to look into mirror and tell myself “I love you” and mean it. 

I can say that I’m happy with all my heart, and that is what I want for you.

I have a 6 week, 1-on-1 program that teaches women who are struggling with depression how to achieve long term happiness, without having to spend the rest of their life in therapy. 

In this program I will teach you how to take back your power and be responsible for your own happiness, so you will no longer have to rely on others to feel ok.

I will also help you to release the past events and trauma that are keeping you stuck in your depression. Giving you a clear path towards happiness.

Finally, I will work with you to change the thought patterns that lead you straight into depression. By changing your thoughts, you can change your feelings.

My years of experience as a therapist, counsellor and coach have given me countless tools to help guide you through your own journey. Together we’ll find out which tools work for you.
